Lois A. Harris, BS

Founder & Executive Director, Aachen Home Care USA

Lois A. Harris is a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and community leader with more than 24 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, workforce development, and organizational leadership. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Aachen Home Care USA, where she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and vulnerable populations through compassionate, high-quality home and community-based services.

Lois holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership roles across home healthcare, clinical research, quality improvement, and program development. Her experience includes managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing regulatory compliance, implementing strategic initiatives, and leading programs that have strengthened service delivery and organizational growth.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lois is deeply committed to community service and mentorship. She has supported healthcare and educational initiatives both in the United States and Liberia and has played an active role in nonprofit leadership, advocacy, and fundraising efforts aimed at expanding opportunities for underserved communities.

Inspired by a vision to improve healthcare access in Liberia, Lois partnered with Rev. Dr. Samuel B. Reeves, Jr. to establish Aachen Home Care Liberia. As Co-Founder, she provides strategic leadership, organizational expertise, and guidance to advance the organization’s mission of delivering compassionate, community-based healthcare services. Her passion is to build sustainable systems of care that empower individuals, strengthen families, and improve the quality of life for generations to come.

Dr. Samuel Reeves Jr.

Co- Founder & President

Rev. Dr. Samuel B. Reeves, Jr. is a visionary pastor, community leader, theological scholar, and humanitarian dedicated to transforming lives through faith, education, and service. Born in Monrovia, Liberia, he was raised in a family that emphasized educational achievement, personal integrity, and community responsibility.

Dr. Reeves earned a Bachelor of Theology from Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary and later received both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Princeton Theological Seminary. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Providence Baptist Church in Monrovia, Liberia, where he has faithfully led the congregation for more than two decades.

Under his leadership, Providence Baptist Church has become one of Liberia’s most socially engaged faith communities, providing outreach to vulnerable populations, feeding hundreds of homeless individuals, supporting educational initiatives, and advancing community development projects. His vision has led to the establishment of healthcare, educational, and housing initiatives that continue to impact lives throughout Liberia.

As Co-Founder and President of Aachen Home Care Liberia, Dr. Reeves provides strategic leadership and guidance in advancing the organization’s mission to expand access to compassionate, community-based healthcare services. He remains committed to empowering communities, strengthening partnerships, and creating opportunities that improve the quality of life for individuals and families across Liberia.

Eliza Henries

Director Of Nursing Services

Eliza Henrys serves as the Director of Nursing Services for Aachen Home Care Liberia, bringing more than 50 years of nursing and midwifery experience to the organization. A United Kingdom-trained Registered Nurse and Midwife, she is also a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the United States. Her extensive career has spanned England, the United States, Sierra Leone, and Liberia, where she has dedicated her life to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

With specialized expertise in home care services, Eliza is committed to ensuring the delivery of effective, safe, reliable, and high-quality care to every client and family served by Aachen Home Care Liberia. She works closely with healthcare professionals, caregivers, clients, and families to uphold clinical excellence, strengthen care delivery, and promote the highest standards of nursing practice.
